Spongebob Squarepants Movie : English Assignment

The film starts with a pirate crew led by Captain Pinty eagerly waiting for their treasure: tickets to The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
SpongeBob SquarePants has a dream of being "manager" and that The Krusty Krab is in danger because a customer named Phil has "no cheese" on his krabby patty, but SpongeBob manages to save the day. Eugene H. Krabs, proprietor of the Krusty Krab restaurant, is about to open a new restaurant, the Krusty Krab 2, to boost his business venture's popularity. At the opening ceremony, his lead frycook, SpongeBob, is denied the title of the general manager of the new restaurant, which is instead given to cashier Squidward Tentacles, due to being "more mature" than SpongeBob. Severely depressed, SpongeBob heads for the Goofy Goober shack to brood over his loss, where he obtains a hangover with his friend Patrick Star. Meanwhile, Sheldon J. Plankton, Krabs' business rival, activates the dreaded "Plan Z" as a plot to steal the formula for Krab's "Krabby Patty" burger and end Krabs' glory once and for all. As part of the scheme, Plankton steals King Neptune's beloved crown and points the finger of blame at Krabs via a handwritten note. The crown, however, ends up at Shell City, a hazardous location known to all marine life. Incensed, Neptune crashes into the Krusty Krab 2 and assaults Krabs. SpongeBob, who is in a foul mood and is intending to straighten things out with his boss, arrives, but is horrified at the scene. He promises Neptune to retrieve the crown and is originally given ten days, but thanks to Patrick the time is argued down to six days. Should the time expire with no returning crown, Krabs will fry. For good measure, Neptune freezes Krabs with his trident. SpongeBob and Patrick head off for their adventure.
His rival frozen solid, Plankton steals the Krabby Patty formula with ease. He also sends a hitman named Dennis to pursue SpongeBob and Patrick. Squidward meanwhile uncovers the truth about Plankton and Neptune's crown theft and attempts to alert the authorities. However, Plankton uses mind-controlling buckets, disguised as souvenirs, to control the residents of Bikini Bottom, including Squidward, and renames the city Planktopolis. Back on the road, SpongeBob and Patrick encounter many death-defying obstacles, but their overt goofiness saves them each time. Finally, after outrunning a frogfish, they approach a trench filled with carnivorous creatures. Before the two admit defeat, Neptune's daughter, Mindy, appears to give them encouragement by falsely claiming they are men, not boys. Singing a song, SpongeBob and Patrick dance their way across the trench without harming themselves, but they meet Dennis. Dennis nearly kills them, but he is stomped on by a human boot. The human is what marine life believes is the "Cyclops", but is actually the proprietor of a gift shop located at the beach. The Cyclops grabs SpongeBob and Patrick and heads off for his store, which is in fact "Shell City" itself.
When they arrive, SpongeBob and Patrick find the crown, but encounter a lethal drying-out process which nearly kills them. However, their tears short-circuit the heat lamp, which releases smoke and activates the emergency sprinkler system, which revives them as well as the other hundreds of dried-out sea creatures (their bodies were being sold as souvenirs). While the sea creatures attack the Cyclops, SpongeBob and Patrick take the crown out to the beach. David Hasselhoff offers the two a ride to Bikini Bottom, which they gladly accept. Dennis appears and makes one final attempt to eliminate the two, but is struck by a catamaran. Back at the Krusty Krab 2, Neptune arrives to execute Krabs, while Plankton eagerly watches. In the nick of time, SpongeBob and Patrick return with the crown, saves Krabs, and then confronts Plankton. In turn Plankton activates the mind buckets, even brainwashing Neptune. But just as Plankton believes he is triumphant, SpongeBob, cherishing the fact he is just a kid and that he accomplished a lot in the past six days, uses his imagination by playing the Goofy Goober theme in the form of a rock song, using his guitar to free Plankton's slaves. Realizing defeat once again, Plankton tries to escape, but is trampled by Bikini Bottom's citizens. Plankton is arrested and incarcerated, being sent to the Institution of the Criminally Tiny. King Neptune thanks Mindy for her braveness and unfreezes Krabs, who graciously gives the title of general manager of the Krusty Krab 2 to SpongeBob. SpongeBob declares, "This is the greatest day of my life!"
In the end credits, SpongeBob is seen doing jobs and chores for Mr. Krabs with an oversized Krusty Krab employee hat.
After the film's end credits, a theater usher forces the Captain Pinty and his pirate crew to leave.

Hacker Susupi Aplikasi Facebook

SAN FRANSISCO - Hacker punya berbagai macam cara untuk membobol sistem komputer dan menyebarkan virus. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyusup melalui beberapa game dan aplikasi lain yang terdapat pada Facebook.

Dengan demikian, saat pengguna mengakses aplikasi yang telah disusupi hacker tersebut maka secara langsung mereka menginstal virus atau program lain yang dapat mengancam keamanan komputer.

Hal ini dikatakan oleh Chief Research Officer perusahaan keamanan komputer AVG Roger Thompson. Dia menemukan ada sekira setengah lusin game dan aplikasi Facebook yang disusupi program jahat.

"Saya justru berterimakasih dengan adanya serangan virus Koobface yang kemarin sempat mengenai Facebook dan situs jejaring sosial lainnya beberapa waktu lalu," kata Thomson seperti dikutip dari Washington Post, Jumat (16/10/2009).

"Saat itu pertamakalinya saya baru benar-benar melihat bagaimana aplikasi Facebook terkena hack dan dari peristiwa itu kemudian kita mempelajarinya," tambah Thomson.

Menurutnya, beberapa aplikasi yang tersusupi hacker tersebut kini sudah tidak lagi ditampilkan di Facebook. Dia pun menyebutkan, program jahat tak hanya bisa menjalar melalui aplikasi di Facebook namun dapat juga menginfeksi melalui beberapa jenis peranti lunak yang digunakan pada PC. (rah)

Jubah Harry Potter akan segera terwujud

Meski sempat dibantah oleh beberapa ilmuwan mengenai mustahilnya pembuatan jubah tidak telihat Harry Potter. Namun, penggagas ide tersebut memastikan jubah itu bakal segera terwujud dalam waktu dekat.

Michal Lipson dari New yorks’s Cornell University dan Xiang Zhang dari University California adalah dua ilmuwan yang berhasil membuat kain dengan bahan fungsinya mirip dengan jubah Harry Potter.

Seseorang akan bisa berlindung dalam jubah tersebut dan tak terlihat oleh orang lain.Namun pemakainya bisa melihat orang lain dan beraktivitas seperti biasa tanpa diketahui keberadaannya.

Jubah rancangan Lipson dan Zhang ini terbuat dari materi kaca yang sangat tipis dengan efek benturan yang sangat halus. Demikian yang dilansir Telegraph.

Materi ini kemudian membelokkan cahaya disekitar objek tiga dimensi, dan inilah yang menimbulkan efek pengguna jubah seakan “menghilang” dan tak terlihat oleh orang lain.

Adapun teknik yang digunakan jubah ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan efek pembelokan cahaya yang bergantung pada pembiasan berbalik. Efek ini sama dengan yang biasa kita temui pada sedotan yang terlihat bengkok ketika ditaruh dalam gelas bening berisi air.

Dengan menggunakan materi skala nano yang diukur dalam ukuran miliaran per meter, ilmuwan kemudian mengatur pembelokan cahaya disekitar objek tiga dimensi untuk membuat pengguna jubah “menghilang”.

Materi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan jubah ini biasa digunakan dalam panjang gelombang untuk kepentingan indutri telekomunikasi yang menjadi bagian dari spektrum.
